Anurag Welfare Society Assements & Monitoring (A&M) Parctice Currently, Anurag Welfare Society emphasizes strong internal A&M practices to maintain quality and ensure outcomes. These include: Pre-Training Assessment: Conducting baseline surveys and mobilization drives to assess candidates’ needs. Ongoing Monitoring: Regular attendance tracking, trainer performance evaluation and syllabus coverage review. Post-Training Assessment: Certification exams and placement verification. Reporting Mechanisms: Monthly reporting to funding or governing bodies with updates on enrollment, training completion and employment status. Grievance Redressal System: To address candidate concerns promptly. Gas Identified: Limited use of digital tools for real-time monitoring. Placement tracking is largely manual and sometimes delayed. 3. Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Simulations: Use VR-AR tools in sectors like healthcare, manufacturing and electronics to provide simulated practice training. Micro-Credentials & Digital Badges: Issue digital certificates and badges that candidates can showcase on linkedIn and other platforms to improve employability. Enhanced Industry Collaboration: Sign new MoUs with MSME and startups to offer more diversified job placements and interships. Alumni Engagement Programs: Build and alumni network to mentor current trainees and boost placement outcomes.
